We are tasked to conceptualise and design a fabric swatch for Epson Singapore at FUZE Singapore Fashion Technology Summit 201, held by Textile and Fashion Federation (TaFf). Using thread-sewn binding to portray the nature of the event and project, quotes from international fashion designers also complemented the swatch book.
Epson’s advanced digital textile printing technology helps designers create their own textile patterns in the exact design they want, when they need it, and in just the quantity required. The technology offers versatility for customised products on-demand – from stunning fashion items to creative interior décor.
The fabrics (Balotelli, Chiffon, Canvas Linen, Satin etc) are designed by Singaporean brand, Ying The Label, and they are self-designed - from hand-paintings using watercolours and acrylic, to digital creations. For Ying, every print is an art.
