Artwork featured in Kult magazine. In this issue #17, Kult explores the weird and wonderful world of the automobile industry by inviting over 50 artists to create an artwork in response to a fact they uncovered during the research. Cars, the great wonder of the 20th century, making our lives easier, more convenient, happier. About 165,000 cars are produced each day, making our lives easier and more convenient. But at what cost? There are well over 1 billion vehicles on the roads, contributing to climate change and global warming as well as being the largest cause of injury-related deaths worldwide. With Asia now in the driving seat of the industry, the Earth’s capacity for pollution is being severely stress tested.
