Each pair of Melissa shoe is a covetable piece of art; they are easily recognisable from their iconic designs, rich colours and unique bubble-gum scent. The shoes are not only highly fashionable and express individuality, they are also eco-friendly that many stylish women and famous celebrities have even become huge fans and advocates of. Melissa’s concept of bringing luxury for all, of being pop-luxury is the reason the brand constantly seeks new ways of expressing ideas. That is why, since the 1980s, Melissa has collaborated with celebrated and famous designers, architects, stylists and artists including Vivienne Westwood, Jean Paul Gaultier, Zaha Hadid, Jason Wu, Karl Lagerfeld & most recently Jeremy Scott.

Melissa Singapore is revamping their CRM Program to launch the newly branded Club Melissa to boost brand loyalty and build a community amongst their loyal fans, as well as, retain new customers. We are tasked to create a brand identity for its inaugural launch.

Using bright colors as the basis of our identity design, we created a versatile, whimsical and contemporary brand that encapsulates a growing list of rich colors and patterns. These iconic designs and colors expresses the luxury and richness of the membership program.

Collaterals included: VVIP & VIP Welcome Packs, Care Kit cards, Cleaning Cloth, Stickers, Shoe Bag and Vouchers.
