The SMBC Singapore Open is one of the premier events on the Asian golf calendar and is hosted on the award-winning Serapong Course at Sentosa Golf Club from 16 to 19 January 2020. Jointly sanctioned by the Asian Tour and the Japan Golf Tour Organization, the US$1 million tournament will see a star-studded field of players compete in the 54th edition of Singapore’s National Open.

We conceptualised a theme for this year - Defining Moments. "There is no victory without recording the moments that tell the story of the tournament – chart, rank, score, rounds, players, actions and emotions. They make the tournament what it is."

For this year's edition, we reinterpreted the iconic rising mark graphic element inspired from the SMBC corporate identity to evoke dynamism and fluidity into our campaign visuals to give the identity a refreshing take.

We then expanded the design concept to various touch points and communications to truly deliver the SMBC Singapore Golf Open experience.
