Client: Singapore Grand Prix
Year: 2022

The 2022 Singapore Grand Prix is backed on track! Returned after a two-year absence and was bigger and better than ever, the world’s first night race saw a record crowd of 302,000 over the race weekend – the highest attendance the event has seen since its inception in 2008. Singapore Grand Prix - home of F1 night racing.

We were tasked to conceptualize and design the key visual and merchandise as well as the car livery for the 13th edition of the Singapore Grand Prix.

Inspired by the multiracial society and floralscape of Singapore, we came up with a design theme 'A Kaleidoscopic Garden' to reinterpret our garden city through a kaleidoscopic lens into a unique and distinctive visual for this year's event. A vibrant artwork inspired by the kaleidoscopic treatment and futuristic cityscape to portray our garden city in a refreshing manner.

Our concept idea also ties back synonymously to Singapore as there’s always something new to wander and explore.

2 different variations of the car livery inspired by Singapore's national flower, Vanda Miss Joaquim, creates a unique, contemporary and distinctive visual for this year's Singapore Grand Prix.

The game-changing 2022 car has new features specifically designed to promote better racing:
- 18-inch low-profile tyres
- Over-wheel winglets and wheel covers
- Front wing and nose concept completely re-thought
- Rear wing features new ‘rolled tips’
- Run on more sustainable fuel
