IOI Central Boulevard Towers, the gleaming new office landmark in Marina Bay, is the perfect address for ambition. Offering more than a total of 1.29 million sq ft of premium Grade A office space, dining and lifestyle amenities and the city’s first urban sky park with a dedicated jogging track, it all adds up to an exemplary workplace environment that is efficient and functional, yet enlivening and inspiring.
We were tasked to conceptualise a brand new set of visual language for IOI Central Boulevard Towers, an exciting Grade A office development in Marina Bay by IOI Properties Group. Our goal/aim is to create a striking hoarding design symbolising the vibrancy that the project will inject in the area and highlight its unique features.
We came out with a design theme ‘A PLACE TO INSPIRE AND BE INSPIRED’ where we wanted to bring to life how IOI Central Boulevard Towers, with its prime location and exceptional offerings, will be the central heartbeat in the city that inspires anyone who steps inside it. Our design concept interprets how the development, as an integrated future-proof workplace, motivates the best team collaboration, innovation and lifestyle.
The tower embodies the aspirations of the modern workforce who values meaningful connections and sustainability. With that in mind, we designed a few scenarios that depict the different ways that various demographic can connect with each other and the environment at IOI Central Boulevard Towers. These tailored illustrations deliver both a heightened sense of reality and a strong brand visual impact, befitting an iconic landmark in Marina Bay.
